5 Reasons You Should Do Krav Maga at Krav Pro

Krav Maga is Hebrew for “contact combat. “It was developed by Imi Lichtenfeld, a Hungarian-born Israeli martial artist, as a form of self-defense and physical training.

This practice is different from your usual traditional martial arts. There are no “stances” like you may see in Karate. We only really have two; Fighting Stance and Neutral Stance (a general, relaxed pose). We do go through different steps in a technique to make it easier for you to learn, though. As one of the instructors here at Krav Pro puts it, “You should punish whoever lay their hands on you.”

5 Reasons You Should Do Krav Maga

1. Krav Maga is Easy to Learn

3. Krav Maga is a Blend of Multiple Martial Arts

And, for the last few years, we raised money to send over 200 shoe boxes filled with necessities and goodies to kids in need every Christmas.
