Krav Maga may very well be the most modern form of martial arts available today. First developed in the 1940s by Imi Lichtenfeld who was a wrestler, boxer, and overall street fighter, Imi went on to teach his form of self-defense to the Israel Defense Forces IDF where it’s still taught to this day.
The philosophy of Krav is simple. Everything we do is based on being able to deal with physical conflict and go home safely. To that end, we do everything necessary to make that happen.
Krav Maga is a type of martial arts that borrows techniques from other disciplines. When you take classes at Krav Pro Training Center, you’ll learn techniques that come from boxing, Jiu-Jitsu, a little Muay Thai, and more.
Regardless of your skill or fitness level, you will quickly see improvements. We have everything from new students who can’t run a mile to black belts from other types of martial arts, but one thing you’ll never find here, and that’s attitude.
